Delivering business objectives in Pathology will be challenging in the next few years. This satellite session is designed to provide pathology managers and clinical pathology staff with an insight into how Lean techniques, applied as part of the day job, support improvements in Quality, Safety, Productivity and Efficiency. These practical examples will demonstrate how Lean methodology is being applied in Pathology services to benefit patients and staff.
